Butterfly Garden
Located right beside the picnic area is the butterfly garden. An enclosed part of Baluarte where different species of butterflies roam freely amidst a beautifully landscaped garden, one will truly enjoy this exquisite experience. Cameras and video recorders are allowed inside the sanctuary for the visitors to capture their unique moments with these remarkable creatures |

| The Petting Zoo |
 Right at the entrance of Baluarte is the petting zoo where you can freely interact and take photos with the different animals that we have like the camels, ostriches, deer, parrots, orangutans and a lot more. We also offer free mini horse rides that we call "tiburin". The mini horse pulls a small carriage that can accommodate up to 4 persons including the "caballero". Taking photos and riding the mini horse is absolutely free of charge. Aside from plainly interacting with the animals, visitors also have the chance to feed them by supporting our Animal Snax campaign to ensure that the food they're given is included in their daily dietary needs.

Live Animal Show |

Held 4 times a day, 7 days a week, the animal encounter show allows the visitors to come up close and personal with 8-10 exotic creatures where educational and necessary survival instincts of these animals are given to the guests. After the show, the guests arethen given a chance to have their photos taken with the animals with the assistance of the care takers to guarantee both the safety of the visitors and the animals. And like all the other facilities of Baluarte, the animal encounter show is free. |
